Phlexglobal follow an established quality control process to ensure that the quality of the TMF is assured, whether it is a paper TMF or an electronic TMF. The quality control process includes checking there are no missing items and tracking documents requested from the client until they are securely filed. Quality control is carried out by our team of qualified and experienced document administrators who check the quality of the documentation at several key stages through the process:

-    on receipt of documents    
-    pre-archive

There are also three different levels of quality control (QC) that we can perform:

1. Inventory check
2. Limited content QC
3. Full content QC
