The Phlexglobal Task Force is a team of trained industry professionals that are available to help fill interim resourcing needs as and when required for a finite period of time e.g. anything from six days up to four months. The Task Force Team has been designed as an add-on to Phlexglobal’s Resourcing Division and has been generated to offer a more flexible approach to clinical resourcing.
Phlexglobal have learnt over the years that the recruitment of experienced clinical professionals can be a difficult and daunting prospect and invariably the approval process to increase resource is often only identified and agreed weeks or months after the resource is really needed. These delays often result in existing teams being over-stretched, over-worked, fire-fighting or simply unable to cope with the day-to-day challenges that clinical obligations can bring.
The Phlexglobal Task Force is a unique team of trained, qualified professionals that can work within client premises or within our offices at Phlexglobal HQ to assist you with all your interim clinical needs and they are available at a moment’s notice.
Finding additional resource isn’t always about filling a contract or headcount position within your organisation, but about providing your existing team with an interim resourcing solution. Our Task Force are poised and trained to do just that!
We will work with you from day one to assess your resourcing needs and assign the Task Force solution that will compliment them and your budget! Types of solutions available include:
