Task Force 1 provides clients with general administration support staff - Clinical Project Associates (CPAs) - to assist with tasks that take time to complete and often get overlooked but are needed to ensure compliance.

This department provides an entry level position into Phlexglobal for life science graduates, who want a career within clinical research typically as Clinical Trial Administrators (CTAs) and Clinical Research Associates (CRAs). All staff recruited into CPA positions are given a thorough induction and benefit from an ongoing training programme which includes both technical and soft skill development and associated "on-the-job" training. 

Typically our CPAs stay in-house at Phlexglobal to build up their technical knowledge and skill for a number of weeks before being allocated to roving projects which are based at client premises.

Example tasks include:

• filing
• photocopying
• collation, tracking and archiving of essential study documentation
• Investigator Site File preparation
• Trial Master File set up
• collation of study information needed for audit/inspection and Investigator Site level support, working alongside Research Nurses.
