Sam brings with her ten years experience in the leadership and development of Clinical Research Professionals. Throughout her professional working life, Sam has been instrumental in raising the profile of the CTA/CPA and spearheading a structured career path for the position. Sam now shares her wealth of knowledge and experience with Phlexglobal in order to future strengthen the foundations of what’s proven to be one of the company’s; and indeed the industry’s; niche markets. As Head of the Outsourced Division, Sam is responsible for driving client liaison and strategic growth; whilst remotely managing the prolific outsourced team of clinical research staff. Wearing her Key Worker hat; Sam’s role focuses on employee job satisfaction and personal progression which works hand-in-hand in supporting individuals to help reach their career goals. Sam is champion of clinical administration development and improvement at Phlex; and is working with the rest of the team to heighten competence, quality and excellence within our current market place to help create research professionals of distinction.

She has worked as a highly successful Consultant within the recruitment field for over six years: initially recruiting for a number of international recruitment companies; progressing to a specialist management role recruiting and placing social workers. An enthusiastic, energetic and dedicated professional, Joy will work with the team to provide a recruitment service that excels.
