Phlexglobal, the specialist CRO for staff provisioning, clinical trial support and paper and electronic TMF management, has enhanced one of its leading departments with the appointment of a head of global resourcing.

Paul Westnedge joins the company with more than 25 years of pharmaceutical industry experience. He has gained extensive resourcing experience working with global pharmaceutical companies and larger CRO's within sales, sales management, marketing and as a senior resourcing consultant. Paul is vice-chair of the Institute of Clinical Research's Resourcing Special Interest Group and joins Phlexglobal from CSL Recruitment and Consulting.

In his new role, Paul will be working to consolidate and strengthen the resourcing team, furthering client partnerships and looking to expand Phlexglobal's resourcing work in Europe. He will also work closely with clients to maintain ethical recruitment standards within the clinical research industry.

The team works closely with candidates and clients to understand their requirements and ensure the relevant personnel are supplied for a wide range of roles from CTA right through to Project Managers and other specialist positions on a permanent or contract basis.
