Phlexglobal's dedicated monitoring services division has been created to focus on providing monitoring services for commercial and non commercial studies in the UK covering a wide range of therapeutic areas.

Monitoring services can support clients with adhoc short term monitoring (pre/post inspection) and longer term monitoring projects, e.g. assuming responsibility for all monitoring activities (traditional outsourcing model).

This is a "pool of excellence", drawing from our large base of trained and experienced Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) from the commercial and the non-commercial world. Phlexglobal are able to take on a variety of monitoring projects and depending on project requirements, our CRAs can work from the client offices, the Phlexglobal offices, or from home.

There are currently 4 grades within the division: CRA Level I, CRA Level II, Senior CRA and Principal CRA. To support skilled and talented CTAs who want to move up into the CRA role, Phlexglobal have developed a dedicated CRA Training Programme.

CRA Training Programme

Across the pharmaceutical industry there is a known shortage of trained, experienced CRAs, with shortfalls in the market at about 57%. In response to this huge demand in the industry and to meet a critical need for appropriately trained and skilled CRAs, Phlexglobal has developed a programme of training and practical experience for individuals looking for a career as a CRA.

Over a period of 12-18 months, the Phlexglobal CRA Training Programme gives individuals the necessary theory-based knowledge and provides them with technical and practical experience working across a variety of projects in both commercial and non-commercial environments.
