Internal roles within Phlexglobal

If you are interested in a role working with Phlexglobal, we have a range of internal positions which can be permanent, temporary or on a flexible basis. Our employee development and support activities include a regular appraisal programme and access to a wide range of training courses.

Once you join Phlexglobal, we set time to design your career development plan to match your individual needs and goals and ensures your training is mapped out every step of the way. If necessary, we can offer on-the-job "mentor" training. This together with our annual Performance Development Review will ensure you are equipped to grow in your role whilst always delivering the high quality results your department and our industry demands.

External (permanent or contract) roles

With an extensive network of clients we have access to a broad range of roles within the pharmaceutical or biotech industries, with a Clinical Research Organisation, the NHS or even overseas. If you are looking for a new challenge, we will work with you to understand your skills, experience and ambitions. Our team of dedicated resourcing consultants will source suitable vacancies, support you in the application and interview process all the way through to successful placement in a new role.

Seconded roles

Perhaps you are more interested in working on a contract basis with one of our many clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech or NHS industry. As part of our Client Insourced Services team you will be allocated a dedicated Keyworker who will work with you and your client line manager to ensure you are provided with all the support and guidance you need.

Your Keyworker will be in touch on a regular basis, meeting you at least every 12 weeks, and will be on hand for any general queries. Whilst on secondment you will also have access to Phlexglobal's varied range of training programmes to enable you to develop in your role and move along your chosen career path.

Freelance opportunities

If you are currently working as a Freelancer, or are interested in setting up as a Freelancer, Phlexglobal are able to advise and offer an interesting and varied range of Freelance opportunities within clinical research and related roles. By joining our Freelance Register you can become part of a varied pool of clinical research professionals, covering a range of specialist roles, supporting clients who have an interim resourcing need.
