| Description | The Document Administrator needs to be an organised, logical, enthusiastic and a methodical worker. You will carry out the Record Centre’s Goods Area procedures, receive/send packages, notify personnel and create necessary documentation. You will also provide support to colleagues who require physical help with filing/moving shelving etc and provide logistical support to eTMF and Document Solutions projects. This will include: * Tracking the receipt and process of packages. * Manual handling of archive and other boxes containing documentation. * Maintain regular cleaning schedule of Record Centre. * Paper copy filing of study documentation in the TMF storage facilities at Phlexglobal. * Ad-hoc general documentation administration. * Other eTMF & Document Solutions tasks including: - Preparation for and scanning of study documentation using Input Accel software and associated scanners. - Electronic Indexing of scanned images. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and proactive. You should have the ability to work individually and in a team environment and have excellent attention to detail and IT skills. You should have the ability to lift, move and carry packages containing documentation and use trolleys and other carrying equipment. All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
