| Summary | Are you looking to play a pivotal role within a growing organisation? We are looking for a Facilities Manager to provide support across the organisation. Primarily you will be responsible for the roll-out of our Health & Safety management system, performing risk assessments, overseeing First Aid, Accident reporting, Fire Safety, PAT testing, building maintenance, security as well as line managing the caretaker, receptionists and cleaner. The role is part time ideally 12-16 hours per week and is based at our head office in Amersham, Buckinghamshire. | ||
| Description | Responsibilities: • Previous experience in facilities management is essential. • Ideally have a NEBOSH National General Certificate or similar qualification. • The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive and flexible. • You should have the ability to work individually and in a team environment and be capable of working to deadlines in a fast paced environment, with changing priorities. • All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
