Phlexglobal offers a Client Insourced Service where candidates are sourced and placed with clients for an agreed period of time, typically six to twelve months but often longer. These candidates are employed by Phlexglobal, either on a permanent or fixed term contract.

Whether you need a CTA, CRA or other specialist role filled, Phlexglobal will find the right candidate to fit your needs and the Client Insourced Services department will support, manage and coach the individual by providing a dedicated support manager (keyworker).

The support manager, or 'Keyworker', will regularly meet with both the candidate and the client, maintaining frequent contact with both parties, to ensure business requirements are being met and to answer any queries. Whilst on secondment, the candidate will also have access to Phlexglobal's varied range of training programmes to enable them to continue to develop in the role.
