The Career CTA is in demand. Successful Career CTAs must have key attributes such as aptitude to think on their feet, a willingness to learn, excellent written and verbal communication skills, use of initiative and much needed multi-tasking abilities. CTAs also need actue insight into the activities involved in today's clinical research environment and the ability to understand where and how they can be effective.

This course is designed for those who want to be a Career CTA or who want to develop their knowledge and skills. Candidates work through a mock clinical study looking at protocol, CRF and essential documents over twelve distinct sessions totalling three days training.
